Our objective is to provide supportive guidance and assistance throughout treatment that enables the individual and the family to confidently implement strategies and tools independently.

Our vision is to offer increased access to appropriate treatment that is driven by meaningful participation that prepares the individual and the family to identify, advocate for and utilize optimal supports throughout their lives.
